The Role

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Boston. As a key member of our culinary leadership, you'll support our Restaurant Leaders in driving excellence in our scratch-based kitchen. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Elevating and motivating our Chefs-In-Training through mentorship and guidance.
  • Developing and implementing efficient training programs for all stations.
  • Maintaining high-quality standards across every station.
