Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate your team by modeling culinary expertise and a good attitude.
  • Develop and implement innovative menu concepts and recipes.
  • Collaborate with the Chef Operator to manage labor and food costs.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing kitchen team through effective recruitment, training, and development.

Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years managing a restaurant team.
  • The ability to demonstrate and execute an exceedingly strong work ethic.
  • Skills to motivate and develop the culinarians on your team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Food Safety Certification.
