  3. Lead food preparation, focusing on exceptional taste and presentation
  4. Plan and complete catering events with precision and flair
  5. Mentor and train kitchen staff, encouraging a supportive and inclusive atmosphere
  6. Maintain strict standards in food safety, sanitation, and hygiene

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A.O.S. in Culinary Arts, culinary certificate, or equivalent experience
  • Proven kitchen management experience, ideally in high-volume, complex operations
  • Experience in catering and batch cooking is highly valued
  • Solid understanding of food trends, quality standards, production, and cost controls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications
  • ServSafe certification
