Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Professional. In this role, you will play a vital part in connecting with our community, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored insurance solutions from State Farm.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims submissions, and billing.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to guide customers through a needs-based review process, educating them about various insurance products and services.
  • Develop a strong network of leads, schedule appointments, identify customer requirements, and effectively present appropriate insurance solutions.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and completeness.
