Psychiatric Technician

Rutland Regional Medical Center seeks a skilled Psychiatric Technician II to join our Inpatient Unit. As a vital member of our team, you will work under the supervision of providers and RNs to provide exceptional care to psychiatric patients.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mental Health Technician or in a related patient care role. Certification in mental health technology or a related field is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $21.35 - $32.23 per hour, with opportunities for differential pay. Our comprehensive benefits package includes everything from medical and dental insurance to paid time off and professional development opportunities.

- Assisting in the treatment and care of psychiatric patients
- Providing excellent interpersonal and observation skills
