About the role:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests to the hotel, ensuring an outstanding guest experience during check-in, throughout their stay, and at departure. This position aims to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction during arrivals and departures, addressing a wide range of guest requests, assessing their needs, providing personalized recommendations, and adhering to Four Seasons service standards. This role is part of the Front Office team and reports to the Front Office Manager.
What you will do:
- Manage all guest interactions with the utmost hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever feasible.
- Assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, operational hours, key personnel, in-house events, directions, and more.
- Respond to all guest requests promptly and accurately, interacting with guests both in person and via phone.
- Resolve guest complaints and identify opportunities to personalize and enhance the service experience for all guests.
- Over one year of experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and a strong customer service orientation.
- Guest-centric approach with an understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
- Hourly Rate: $21.11
