About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager/Care Coordinator to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services. As a Sales Manager/Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with healthcare providers, senior centers, and other community organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, senior centers, and community organizations
  • Conduct presentations and in-services to promote our services and products
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with the Director of Care Services to ensure continuity of care and develop care plans
Requirements
  • Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
