Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will work closely with our marketing team to create innovative and effective advertising campaigns that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Work closely with our marketing team to create innovative and effective advertising campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales strategies remain effective

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in media sales, preferably in broadcast radio and digital media
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Strong relationships with local and national advertising clients and agencies
  • Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing, including digital, audio, and interactive
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office programs, and sales software

About the Role

This is a hybrid role based out of our Audacy - Sacramento office in Roseville. You will be required to work in-person in our office for a minimum of 3 days per week. We offer a competitive salary and commission structure, as well as ongoing coaching and training to support your career development.
