Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with leaders to ensure accuracy of content and consistency in global training priorities, processes, and structure.
  • Support the development of internal education and professional development programs to drive global direction and alignment across programs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements through efficient and effective processes for governance of content and records of training.
  • Establish, measure, and meet business plan goals for each specialty, collaborating with Division leadership to drive results.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training programs by monitoring metrics and gathering feedback from customers and employees.
  • Provide training support for product launches and manage the calendar of educational events to ensure structure and alignment with Division goals.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, criteria, and qualifications for attendees, trainers, and programs.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to employees, recognizing their contributions and cultivating a safe, secure, and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure roles and responsibilities, performance expectations, and requirements are clearly documented and communicated to each employee.
  • Responsible for performance and wage reviews for team members and meet deadlines for administrative tasks.
  • Work effectively and professionally with various levels of the global organization, identifying and developing current and future leadership teams.
  • Maintain the company's culture, values, and commitment to Ethics and Compliance by recognizing, demonstrating, and enforcing appropriate and compliant behavior.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including training, sales, clinical, or related fields.

  • Prior experience managing others.
  • Demonstrate strong strategic business skills.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Extensive experience in a clinical or sales training environment.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories, including assessments and competency-based trainings.
  • Model the company's standards and demonstrate positive and constructive behaviors that drive team cooperation.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 75% of the time.
  • Work under general office environmental conditions.
