Job Title: Senior Web Developer

About the Job:

The DarkStar Group LLC is seeking a skilled Senior Web Developer to join our team. As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative and interactive web products. You will work closely with our team of Instructional Systems Designers, Course Directors, Subject Matter Experts, and marketing communication officers to determine how requirements are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop web-based training products
* Build and maintain SharePoint sites
* Add new features, optimize, scale, or improve stability and performance of SharePoint Sites
* Film and edit video narratives, sound effects, and music
* Consult with customers to determine present and future user needs
* Interact with clients and incorporate feedback into product design
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience with video recording and editing
* Demonstrated experience in graphic design principles
* Demonstrated experience with web development
* Demonstrated experience in using the Adobe Creative Suite
* Demonstrated experience designing and developing web-based training products
* Demonstrated experience building and maintaining SharePoint sites
* Demonstrated experience adding new features, optimizing, scaling, or improving stability and performance of SharePoint Sites
* Demonstrated experience filming and editing video narratives, sound effects, and music
* Demonstrated experience with Section 508 user accessibility guidelines
* Demonstrated experience consulting with customers to determine present and future user needs
* Demonstrated experience interacting with clients and incorporating feedback into product design
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Desired Skills:

* Demonstrated experience working with Sponsor publication and communication offices
* Demonstrated experience in both graphic and web development work
* Demonstrated experience with building websites and e-learning training products
* Demonstrated experience with the HTML 5 programming language, CSS, JavaScript, XML, or jQuery
* Demonstrated experience with web UI frameworks
* Demonstrated experience defining, analyzing, tracking, and reviewing requirements
* Demonstrated experience transferring data
* Demonstrated experience with WordPress
* Demonstrated experience as a SharePoint Designer
* Demonstrated experience with Sponsor's WordPress site
