Estimated Salary: $65K - $75K per year base salary, with additional commission and bonus incentives. Benefits include 100% coverage for medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401K plan with matching contributions.

Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with executive management to develop sales objectives and market penetration strategies. They will establish new business relationships and continue to grow existing customer accounts. Attending tradeshows and other industry events is also a key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of professional sales experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as relationship building and negotiation skills, are essential. Proficiency in MS Office Suites and CRM or other enterprise data systems is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales objectives and market penetration strategies with executive management.
  • Establish new business relationships and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Attend tradeshows, channel partner exhibits, seminars, and trade association events.
  • Pursue and secure projects with engineers, designers, industrial equipment fabricators, distributors, and OEMs.
  • Research industry and competitive environment continuously.
  • Report and present market analysis, sales figures, and project updates internally.
  • Provide product and sales training for distributors' sales representatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of professional sales experience.
  • Preferred experience working with industrial OEMs and equipment fabricators, distributors, engineers, or designers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites and CRM or other enterprise data systems.
