About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced hydrogeologist or engineer to join our Investigation and Remediation team. As a senior-level professional, you will provide technical and strategic leadership on client projects, working with multiple state and federal jurisdictions. Your expertise in site characterization, investigation, and remediation will be invaluable in helping us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead remedial investigations and remedial action activities under federal and state lead regulatory programs
  • Conduct source control evaluations
  • Manage projects and tasks, preparing cost estimates and communicating technical information to various audiences
  • Write technical reports and coordinate workflow to achieve high-quality work products
  • Lead and mentor other staff members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in hydrogeology, geology, environmental science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • P.G. or P.E. license
  • Experience working with Washington MTCA regulatory framework
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A desire to grow intellectually and professionally
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully within multidisciplinary and diverse teams

  • Annual salary range: $105,000 - $165,000
