Job Title: Business Development Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Agent to join our team at Bud Clary Auto Group. As a Business Development Agent, you will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth by building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management through telephone and email interactions.
  • Schedule appointments for customers and provide them with information about our products and services.
  • Continuously upgrade your knowledge of dealership products and services to better serve customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in an office environment or related experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

This job requires sitting for long periods of time, standing, talking clearly, hearing both in person and over the telephone, and using hands to operate office equipment. The employee is occasionally required to walk, bend, or lift up to 25 pounds.
