Key Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a New Home Sales Representative for our Cleveland, OH Division. In this role, you will be tasked with the sales and closing of new single-family homes within designated communities, while also coordinating all facets of the home purchasing journey to ensure an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to turn clients' dream homes into reality.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Promoting and selling the company's offerings in alignment with company policies and achieving or surpassing established sales targets.
  • Utilizing all sales documentation, reports, procedures, contracts, and policies effectively.
  • Building relationships with real estate agents through marketing efforts, regular office visits, and follow-ups via phone and email.
  • Participating in or organizing events.
  • Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the company's product lines, subdivisions, and community amenities.
  • Welcoming prospective customers and showcasing model homes.
  • Ensuring model home sites are well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Assisting clients in selecting home sites, house plans, and structural options.
  • Engaging in weekly sales meetings.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • Preferred experience in new home sales.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
