Key Responsibilities

Drees Homes is actively seeking a New Home Sales Representative for our Cleveland, OH Division. In this role, you will oversee the sales and finalization of new single-family homes within assigned communities, ensuring a seamless home buying journey for our clients. We are in search of results-oriented individuals who aspire to turn clients' dream homes into reality.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Promoting the company's offerings in alignment with corporate policies while achieving or surpassing established sales targets.
  • Utilizing all sales documentation, reports, procedures, contracts, and policies effectively.
  • Building relationships with real estate agents through marketing initiatives, regular office interactions, and follow-ups via phone and email.
  • Participating in or organizing promotional events.
  • Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the company's product lines, neighborhoods, and local amenities.
  • Welcoming all potential clients and showcasing model homes.
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting model home environment.
  • Assisting clients in selecting home sites, floor plans, and structural options.
  • Engaging in weekly sales meetings.
  • Carrying out additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.

Weekend availability is necessary. This role offers excellent earning potential along with a comprehensive benefits package, including profit sharing and 401(k) plans.

This position operates on a Salary + Commission basis, with compensation determined by the individual Sales Representative's performance.
