Position:

Senior Technical Project Manager focused on supporting healthcare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate meetings; develop agendas with relevant materials; document minutes, and ensure follow-up communication.
  • Identify and procure necessary resources while coordinating the efforts of team members and external consultants to deliver projects as planned.

  • Communicate project status and updates at departmental, enterprise, and executive levels.

  • Utilize knowledge of organizational processes and policies to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to enhance project execution.
  • Manage client relationships and facilitate discussions to understand team requirements for success.
  • Document and share best practices with team members to promote continuous improvement.
  • Act as a liaison for all teams addressing client analytics needs.
  • Effectively communicate complex business objectives to technical teams for streamlined collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in project or program management.
  • Proficient in MS Project, SharePoint, and ServiceNow with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in defining project roles and processes with stakeholders for over 1 year.
  • Willingness to work on-site for a significant portion of the time.
  • Must reside within a reasonable distance from the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience managing projects within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including proficiency in email and presentation tools.
  • Adept at prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks to optimize resource allocation.
  • Ability to navigate and coordinate across various teams effectively.
