Position:
Senior Technical Project Manager focused on supporting healthcare initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate meetings; develop agendas with relevant materials; document minutes, and ensure follow-up communication.
- Identify and procure necessary resources while coordinating the efforts of team members and external consultants to deliver projects as planned.
- Establish project objectives and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring benefits realization.
- Oversee large-scale projects that span multiple business units, addressing diverse stakeholder needs and integrating various technologies.
- Communicate project status and updates at departmental, enterprise, and executive levels.
- Collaborate with teams to identify worklist management challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Proactively seek and implement efficiencies to achieve project goals.
- Utilize knowledge of organizational processes and policies to drive successful project outcomes.
- Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to enhance project execution.
- Manage client relationships and facilitate discussions to understand team requirements for success.
- Document and share best practices with team members to promote continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison for all teams addressing client analytics needs.
- Effectively communicate complex business objectives to technical teams for streamlined collaboration.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in project or program management.
- Proficient in MS Project, SharePoint, and ServiceNow with at least 3 years of experience.
- Experience in defining project roles and processes with stakeholders for over 1 year.
- Willingness to work on-site for a significant portion of the time.
- Must reside within a reasonable distance from the workplace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification.
- Experience managing projects within a healthcare environment.
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in email and presentation tools.
- Adept at prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks to optimize resource allocation.
- Ability to navigate and coordinate across various teams effectively.
