Job Overview:

We are in search of a Cleaning & Contents Restoration Project Manager who is well-versed and IICRC certified in the cleaning and restoration of properties and contents following fire incidents in residential or commercial settings. This individual will report to the Fire Division Operations Manager and will be responsible for training and overseeing various cleaning teams, liaising with insurance adjusters and clients, documenting job progress, and providing reports utilizing industry-standard technologies, as well as scoping and assisting in job estimation.

Qualifications:
  • Proven job stability over the last five years
  • At least 3 years of solid project management experience in the cleaning and restoration field
  • IICRC - FSRT & WRT, and OSHA 10 certifications
  • Willingness to learn new software and technologies
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Previous management or leadership experience
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Trustworthy, friendly, and personable
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Strong team player
  • Being bilingual is a significant advantage

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
