Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to lead initiatives supporting healthcare operations. This role involves overseeing large-scale projects that require collaboration across various business units and the integration of multiple technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and facilitate meetings, preparing necessary materials and documenting outcomes.
- Identify and secure resources, coordinating efforts among team members and external partners to ensure project delivery aligns with established plans.
- Define project objectives and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle, including benefits realization.
- Manage complex projects with high visibility and impact, addressing diverse stakeholder needs and potential risks.
- Communicate effectively with various levels of the organization, including departmental and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to identify challenges in worklist management and develop innovative solutions.
- Proactively implement efficiencies to achieve project goals.
- Utilize knowledge of organizational processes and policies to drive successful project outcomes.
- Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to enhance project execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, facilitating discussions to understand their needs for project success.
- Document and share best practices within the team.
- Act as a primary contact for all teams involved in supporting client analytics requirements.
- Effectively communicate complex business objectives to technical teams for seamless collaboration.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in project or program management.
- Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and ServiceNow for at least 3 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in defining project roles and processes with stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site for a significant portion of the time.
- Reside within a reasonable distance from the workplace.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience managing projects in a healthcare environment.
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in email and presentation tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Capability to navigate and coordinate across various teams.
