Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to lead initiatives supporting healthcare operations. This role involves overseeing large-scale projects that require collaboration across various business units and the integration of multiple technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively implement efficiencies to achieve project goals.
  • Utilize knowledge of organizational processes and policies to drive successful project outcomes.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, facilitating discussions to understand their needs for project success.
  • Document and share best practices within the team.
  • Act as a primary contact for all teams involved in supporting client analytics requirements.
  • Effectively communicate complex business objectives to technical teams for seamless collaboration.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in project or program management.
  • Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and ServiceNow for at least 3 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in defining project roles and processes with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work on-site for a significant portion of the time.
  • Reside within a reasonable distance from the workplace.
Preferred:
  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience managing projects in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including proficiency in email and presentation tools.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capability to navigate and coordinate across various teams.
