Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the electrical team, including site layout, blueprint interpretation, installation, and repair of electrical systems, while maintaining direct customer relations.
  • Ensure all completed work adheres to manufacturer specifications and environmental standards.
  • Work autonomously and supervise job sites and team members.
  • Engage with customers, vendors, and colleagues professionally.
  • Prioritize safety for oneself, coworkers, and the public.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of Journeyman experience with a background in managing projects and teams.
  • Licensed in Kentucky.
  • Capability to lift/move up to 70 lbs regularly.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Career-focused with a commitment to ongoing training and education.
  • Familiarity with Federal and State OSHA safety regulations.
