Key Responsibilities- Lead the ergonomics team and implement enhancements in areas with high musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) risks.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments utilizing advanced software tools.
- Provide expert EHS guidance and leadership to foster a strong Safety Culture.
- Identify and evaluate risks throughout the facility, developing and executing effective control measures.
- Act as a consultant for operations management, supervisors, HR partners, and employees.
- Oversee incident management, including injury oversight, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
- Design and deliver training programs to ensure all employees possess up-to-date EHS knowledge.
- Lead the Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) program by collaborating with teams to assess risks, revise procedures, and ensure compliance.
Applicants should possess:
- A Master’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Preferred certification as a Certified Ergonomist.
- Professional certifications such as ASP, CSP, or CIH are advantageous.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year, with a first shift schedule from 7 AM to 3 PM.
