About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting open communication and trust.
  • Task Completion: Perform a range of childcare tasks, including feeding, dressing, bathing, and supervising playtime.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Relevant qualifications and experience in childcare or related fields are essential.
  • Knowledge of Child Development: Understanding of child development theories and practices is necessary for success in this role.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues is critical.
  • Empathy and Patience: A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach is vital to building strong relationships with children and families.
