Our mission is to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.

We operate emergency shelters for youth displaced in the foster care system. As a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional, you will provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in social work, hospice care, nursing home, or home community care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Ensure residents' rights are respected and upheld
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Assist with heavy lifting when necessary
  • Work with individuals with developmental disabilities and dementia
Requirements:
  • Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred
  • Familiarity with dementia care practices is a plus
  • Ability to drive for client transportation purposes

The role offers competitive pay, with an estimated salary of $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. Benefits include mileage reimbursement, professional development assistance, and safety equipment provided. Shift availability includes day, evening, morning, night, and rotating weekends. We require a driver's license and 2 years of caregiving experience. Ability to commute to London, Kentucky is required.
