Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their online ordering businesses run smoothly within our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Use active listening skills to understand client needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Research and resolve technical issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, consistently delivering excellent customer service.
  • Make sales or recommendations for products or services that align with client needs.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Aircall, or Zendesk is a plus.
