Customer Support Associate RoleThis is a critical role that will be the backbone of our customer team. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for building customer relationships, creating in-house content, and providing exceptional support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering support tickets via email, chat, and occasional Zoom calls
- Reporting and escalating bugs and product feedback
- Writing and maintaining Help Desk articles
- Contributing to product release communications
- Serving as a product expert for our internal team and external customer base
We're looking for someone with:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer support/care/experience role
- A passion for making customers personally and professionally successful
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
