Customer Support Associate Role

This is a critical role that will be the backbone of our customer team. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for building customer relationships, creating in-house content, and providing exceptional support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering support tickets via email, chat, and occasional Zoom calls
  • Reporting and escalating bugs and product feedback
  • Writing and maintaining Help Desk articles
  • Contributing to product release communications
  • Serving as a product expert for our internal team and external customer base
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer support/care/experience role
  • A passion for making customers personally and professionally successful
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills
  • A love for learning new products, technologies, and tools
