POSITION OVERVIEW
As a key member of our lending team at Community Trust Bank, the Commercial Loan Officer II will play a vital role in driving business growth and managing client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engage in proactive outreach to both existing and potential clients, documenting and tracking all interactions.
  • Oversee compliance of the loan portfolio with established policies.
  • Administer and manage a designated loan portfolio effectively.
  • Address and resolve delinquent accounts promptly.
  • Facilitate the management of troubled accounts and complex loan situations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Bank's policies regarding the Bank Secrecy Act and related anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable government regulations and internal policies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as finance, economics, or business is required.
  • Four to six years of relevant experience in commercial lending.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Must obtain a valid NMLS number within the first month of employment.
  • Completion of annual SAFE Act training is mandatory.
  • Possession of an insurance license is preferred.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Standard office environment.
  • Some travel may be required.
