Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet clients' specific needs and budget.
  • Collaborate with our sales and recruitment teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company and services.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and account management, preferably in the Recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Competitive Compensation Package:

  • Estimated annual salary range: $62,000 - $120,000 (OTE: 1st year 62,000 | 2nd year 90,000).
