This is a fantastic opportunity for a top performer looking to make a meaningful impact in business development and account management. As a key member of our team, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet clients' specific needs and budget.
- Collaborate with our sales and recruitment teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company and services.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and account management, preferably in the Recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Competitive Compensation Package:
- Estimated annual salary range: $62,000 - $120,000 (OTE: 1st year 62,000 | 2nd year 90,000).
