Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ennis Center. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Program Director and program team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Director and program team, including preparing reports, statistical summaries, and other documents.
  • Assist the Receptionist and Office Manager as needed, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Attend team meetings, take accurate minutes, and disseminate them in a timely manner.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including special projects and additional assignments.
Core Responsibilities
  • Promote a positive working environment within the Agency, fostering a culture of respect and professionalism.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all matters related to Agency affairs, refraining from internal and external discussions.
  • Participate in training, staff meetings, and Agency activities as required, ensuring ongoing professional development.
  • Comply with the Agency's Employment Policies & Procedures and Standards of Conduct.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
