Enhance Employee Experience: Provide daily support to employees regarding People Team-related policies and programs, ensuring a positive workplace environment.
Case Management: Utilize a case management system to engage with employees, track trends, and maintain accurate documentation.
Knowledge Base Management: Contribute to the development of content for the Open Access knowledge base, facilitating self-service resources for employees.
Collaboration: Work closely with the People Operations team, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Business Partners to offer feedback and support on various initiatives.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Partner with IT, Facilities, and other departments to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes that enhance the employee experience.
Issue Resolution: Timely escalation of issues to maintain an effective employee experience while actively participating in their resolution.
Administrative Transactions: Ensure that critical administrative tasks, such as I-9 verification and background checks, are completed accurately and promptly.
Exceptional Service: Address employee inquiries and issues with a commitment to outstanding service.
File Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and auditing employee personnel files to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Support for People Team Initiatives: Provide assistance for broader People Team initiatives as needed.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role, ideally within a shared services framework.
- General understanding of HR functions and workflows.
- Familiarity with Workday and SharePoint is advantageous.
- Experience with case management systems such as Remedy, Jira, or ServiceNow is highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Quick learner with the capacity to share knowledge effectively in a team setting.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in a dynamic, global business environment is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to research and present information effectively.
