Position Summary

As an Industrial Project Coordinator at Lee Machinery Movers, you will play a critical role in managing the seamless transition of industrial assets for diverse clients. Your leadership, innovative thinking, and dedication to excellence will be essential in ensuring the success of every project. You will collaborate with a talented team to optimize operations and tackle complex logistical challenges, leaving a significant impact on the future of machinery relocation and industrial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Allocate necessary resources, including personnel and materials, to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks and challenges.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with financial parameters.
  • Facilitate project team meetings, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management with a proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Project Management Methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Background in the heavy machinery moving sector or industrial solutions.
  • Experience in commercial or industrial construction.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
