Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Specialist to join our team at AbbVie. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This field-based role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide personalized support and education on our innovative products.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a call plan to achieve set sales targets and optimize coverage of key customers.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare providers, leveraging your scientific knowledge and product expertise to drive sales growth.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and adapt your selling approach to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and new product launches.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus additional benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
