Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Provider Account Development Manager or Medical Provider Relations and Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business unit, you will be responsible for managing assigned provider accounts and ensuring a seamless experience for our members.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned providers, driving business growth and expansion through strategic account planning and relationship development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement comprehensive service strategies, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the effective use of our products and services, empowering them to maximize their benefits.
  • Coordinate the design, development, and rollout of product enhancements and related projects, aligning with client needs and preferences.
  • Conduct regular site visits, conference calls, and vendor delegation meetings to foster open communication and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between contracts and company operating departments, addressing account-related issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with staff to resolve problems or complaints identified by accounts, ensuring swift and effective issue resolution.
  • Translate client ideas and requests into actionable items, driving operational improvements and new product offerings that enhance service delivery.
  • Offer strategic business insights about our products and services to management, peers, and clients, informing business decisions and growth opportunities.
  • Assist leadership in monitoring and tracking legislative or regulatory changes, staying ahead of industry developments and adapting our services accordingly.
  • Present information to internal and external business partners, effectively communicating our value proposition and services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of sales, provider relations, account management, client services, or contracting experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance products.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $54,000.00 - $97,100.00 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:
