We are seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Account Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing assigned provider's overall experience with our business unit.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, provider relations, account management, client services, or contracting experience, as well as knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining assigned accounts and client relationships and service responsibilities.
  • Assisting in the project management of all contract implementations and establishing strong account relationships while ensuring a smooth transition of services for members.
  • Providing training to clients on the use and function of our products and services.
  • Coordinating the design, development, and rollout of product enhancements and related projects as requested by clients.
  • Completing regularly scheduled site visits, conference calls, and vendor delegation meetings with all accounts.
  • Acting as liaison between contracts and company operating departments on account issues.
  • Working with staff to resolve problems or complaints identified by accounts and managing account issues to closure.
  • Translating ideas and client requests into actionable items for operations to enhance service delivery or new product offerings.
  • Providing support and strategic business insight about products and services to management, peers, and clients.
  • Assisting leadership with monitoring and tracking legislative or regulatory changes and issues for all areas of operation.
  • Delivering presentations to internal and external business partners.

Salary: $54,000 - $97,100 per year, depending on skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
