Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Ultimate Staffing. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including typing, taking notes, and preparing documents.
  • Oversee clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Welcome visitors to the office and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule meetings and send meeting invites to attendees.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong attention to detail.
