Position Summary
The Electrical Project Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive management and successful execution of projects. This role emphasizes maximizing project profitability while aligning with company objectives. The coordinator will ensure quality and safety standards are met, respond to client needs, and foster strong customer relationships through proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the timely completion of projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Develop project plans, establish timelines, and set procedures to meet project goals.
3. Collaborate closely with field management to create schedules, allocate resources, and communicate project updates effectively.
4. Prepare and manage project documentation, ensuring compliance with specifications and tracking progress.
5. Analyze design modifications for potential impacts on cost and schedule, communicating findings promptly.
6. Review contracts for compliance and alignment with project scope and company proposals.
7. Engage with clients and contractors to discuss project scope, budgets, and performance expectations.
8. Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts based on validated project scopes, maintaining financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Manage project cash flow, billing processes, and resource allocation, ensuring timely financial operations.

Qualifications
- Project Management certification or membership in a relevant professional organization is advantageous.
- A valid electrical license and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience are required.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering and architectural plans, as well as knowledge of building codes.
- Experience in budget development, cash flow management, and construction reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with estimating software.
