Position Overview:

We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator PC to become an integral part of our team. This role will report directly to the Assistant Director PC, Branch Director PC, or Branch Manager PC, and will be pivotal in ensuring that clients within the assigned caseload receive the approved services consistently, while also ensuring that Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) are compensated accurately and on time.

  • Facilitate the delivery of all approved service hours by efficiently locating and scheduling PCAs and/or Special Attendants, as well as assisting with the hiring process for PCAs as necessary.
  • Regularly verify and input PCAs' worked hours into the designated timekeeping system to ensure accurate payroll processing before the cutoff.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $15/hr and $16/hr, which may vary based on factors such as location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, and departmental equity. Candidate Profile:
  • Ensure accurate entry of PCAs' worked hours in the appropriate timekeeping system to facilitate timely payroll verification.
  • Guarantee that clients receive all authorized service hours by effectively scheduling PCAs and/or Special Attendants and assisting with the PCA hiring process.
  • Manage necessary documentation, including Service Interruptions, Suspensions, and Service Delivery issues.
