Administrative Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at PPS-HPS in Parma Heights. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR management team, maintaining digital and electronic records of employees, and serving as the point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
About the Role:
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Serve as the point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Maintain calendars of HR management team.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior attention to detail, organization, and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong customer-focus with solutions-oriented ability to support all levels of management.
Benefits:
This is a career opportunity with significant growth potential in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
