Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to support our Regional Law Firm in Cleveland, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their administrative career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • \
  • Prepare biweekly payroll reports, submission, compliance reports, facilitate profit sharing calculation and payment, process loan requests, facilitate force-outs when needed\
  • Daily review of credit card usage/charges\
  • Review every payroll and enter into QuickBooks - breakdown entries based on credit to particular state? Review every deposit and code entries\
  • Facilitate renewal of leases \\\\- copiers, postage machines\
  • Prepare various QuickBooks reports\
  • Maintain accounting records and supporting documents for past 7 - 10 years\
  • Administer BWC accounts\
  • Prepare employee hours tracking reports\
  • Prepare monthly fee income reports for attorneys\
  • Preparation and submission of insurance reports/questionnaires for renewal of insurance policies\
  • Monitor credit card charge accounts for file expenses\
  • Complete and file US Bureau of Labor statistics survey as needed\
  • Facilitate Section 125 plan


About You: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. You should have experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and other administrative software. A degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
