As a key member of our Branch Operations team, you will provide critical administrative support to our Branch Operations Manager. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the Lease Review Process, coordinating with internal departments such as Legal, Accounting, and Insurance, and working with multiple third-party vendors to ensure seamless services.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. You will be responsible for maintaining pipeline management of all leases, preparing leases for review, facilitating communication between internal departments, landlords, brokers, and property management companies, and requesting funds for security deposits and rent payments.

You will also be tasked with shipping closing packages to finalize lease agreements, requesting and issuing insurance certificates with property management companies, and providing quarterly audits of all insured locations. Additionally, you will establish vendor accounts for all branch locations and ensure that all leases and vendor relationships are efficient for all branch locations.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. If you are a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
