Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from a phone queue schedule and assess customer service needs
  • Schedule service visits and communicate with customers and technicians
  • Quote parts and labor costs for non-warranty services
  • Verify payment for billable orders
  • Enter required notes and scan service orders into customer files
  • Document customer contact through RForce
Requirements
  • Considerable experience in a customer service environment
  • Highly organized and able to reflect empathy to customers
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with team members and adapt to a changing environment

Pay and Benefits
