Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Merry Maids' proprietary cleaning products and procedures to clean and sanitize homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas of the home, including mirrors, windows, and floors.
  • Move furniture and other items to clean hard-to-reach areas, such as under beds and behind furniture.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners and mops, to ensure a thorough and efficient cleaning process.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the office and vehicles.
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings to discuss client needs, share best practices, and receive feedback.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and kneel to clean hard-to-reach areas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in cleaning or customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and procedures.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
