Job Summary
As a Heavy Housekeeper / Floor Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of hard surfaces and carpet in various areas, including offices, resident rooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, and public areas. You will also collect trash, recycling, and soiled linen and ensure proper disposal. Additional outside work may be assigned, including grounds policing. Safety is paramount, and you will utilize protective gear and adhere to all safety precautions. You will report equipment and cleaning product needs and malfunctions to your supervisor in a timely manner. Ensure established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met, and follow infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment. You will positively represent HCSG and interact with residents, staff, and facility guests in a positive, pleasant, and tactful manner.

Qualifications
You must have a positive attitude, be able to follow instructions, and perform routine tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. You must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods. You must also be able to perform routine tasks continuously and work around food and cleaning products. You must live in the service area.
