Bilingual Account Manager

Role Overview
As a Bilingual Account Manager at Hilti North America, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, embodying our purpose to make construction better by being their partner for productivity, safety, and sustainability.
You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships, and providing high-level customer consultation. You will also be expected to maintain a valid driver's license and be able to walk on construction projects, climb scaffolding, and lift up to 65 pounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Manage customer accounts and provide high-level customer consultation
- Utilize Salesforce to track interactions and record sales
- Meet with customers at a moment's notice or be actively present to capture business opportunities
- Work a flexible and varied schedule

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least three years of outside sales experience; preferably in an environment with set targets
- Hands-on attitude and ability to demonstrate tools to customers
- Excellent time and territory management skills
