We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any deficiencies or non-compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on audit findings and progress.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, law).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
  • AS9100D certification.
  • QMS audit experience.
  • Familiarity with root cause and corrective action tools (e.g. Fishbone, 5 Whys, Fault Tree).

Working Conditions:

  • Mostly office and shop floor environments.
  • Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
  • Heavily regulated industries with strict adherence to procedures.
  • Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
  • Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM.
  • Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
