Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Restock linens, amenities, and supplies as needed
- Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
