Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform work as outlined in the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test components and systems
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional services needed and provide time estimates for repairs
  • Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

  • Recommended 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician
  • Ford and/or Toyota certification is a plus
  • ASE Certification is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive and friendly attitude with a customer service focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented
  • Valid driver's license required
  • New Hampshire inspection license is a plus
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
