Daily Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer appointments to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Achieve or surpass designated sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Welcome customers warmly upon their arrival.
  • Assess vehicle requirements through customer discussions, vehicle inspections, and test drives.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to assist customers in planning necessary maintenance for their vehicles.
  • Create transparent repair orders for customers, detailing cost and time estimates.
  • Maintain regular communication with technicians and parts staff to guarantee timely service completion.
  • Provide customers with updates on their vehicle status according to their preferred communication method.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Develop extensive product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience to foster loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
