Key Duties:

  • Uphold high safety standards and comply with all safety regulations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons.
  • Provide precise automotive parts solutions at the counter and via phone.
  • Support team members with parts expertise.
  • Bring enthusiasm to our fast-paced retail environment.
  • Greet customers and ensure a welcoming experience.
  • Utilize technology, cash registers, telephones, and catalog systems efficiently.
  • Promote workplace safety through regular safety meetings and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Process credit card transactions accurately.

  • Manage timely delivery schedules and special/back-order requests.
  • Open and close the store as a Key Holder.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED; Technical or Trade School education is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record are required.
  • Prior experience in a parts store or automotive sector is preferred; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., handle cash transactions, and manage returns.
  • Excellent verbal communication and attentive listening skills.
