Job Title: Scheduler and HR Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, flexible, and team-focused professional to fill our Scheduler/Human Resources Assistant position. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing work details, participating as an integral member of the Administrative Team, impeccably organizing and managing digital and paper files, and appropriately handling all client and staff interactions with a friendly, service-first mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage work details and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Participate as an integral member of the Administrative Team and contribute to the success of the company
  • Impeccably organize and manage digital and paper files to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle all client and staff interactions with a friendly, service-first mindset
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant (Service industry preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great phone presence

Areas of Responsibility:
  • Scheduling, Staffing and monitoring clock in/out
  • Reception and visitor management
  • Communication with Caregivers and clients
  • Filing and document management
  • Work cooperatively with office staff
  • Provide Care for Clients in the field
