About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Business Partner to join our team at Bohler. As a Marketing Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders in achieving their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our firm's business leaders to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with their business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Manage the local pursuit process and collaborate with local leadership on win strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and provide insights to our Business Development and Divisional Leaders.
  • Partner with your manager to tailor your career path towards your vision.

Requirements:

  • The ability to learn quickly, along with strong communication skills and a solid work ethic.
  • At least 7 years of experience designing and executing marketing strategy that aligns with business goals in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) or Commercial Real Estate industry.
  • A knack for successfully balancing direction from multiple key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • A passion for strategy design and creative problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
