About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our clinical and medical staff.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome all visitors and patients to create an exceptional experience with every interaction.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment that frequently adapts to industry standards, interacting with patients seeking mental health and substance use treatment.
  • Manage multiple electronic platforms, including our Electronic Health Record (EHR), web-based systems, and technology platforms.
  • Support the daily needs of our clinical and medical staff, including managing administrative responsibilities, coordinating transportation needs, and communicating with referral sources.
Requirements
  • High school diploma with 2 years of experience in customer service or behavioral health.
